Friday evening, March 23, 2012

Wine Tasting at 6:30 pm provided by the Plaza Wine and Gift Shop in the Hotel
Nieta Fran Ward, the owner, will provide wine for tasting and a few nibbles.
Her shop is really nice; everything from jewelry to paintings to pottery, etc., and the wine selection is quite good.

7:30 pm Evening Gathering in the Plaza Ballroom. Heavy hors d’oeuvres – Entertainment by Nat Gold Players

9:00 am – 11:45 am Monologue Workshop Ballroom

11:45 am – 1:15 pm Lunch, On our own
There are a number of restaurants on the Plaza and Bridge Street within walking distance of the hotel.

1:15 pm – 2:30 pm Workshop
or this could be a load in and rehearsal period for the 10-minute shows

3:00 pm Monologue Competition in Ballroom

4:30 pm – 6:00 pm Preparation for the 10 minutes plays
Load in props and costumes and run through.

6:00 pm – 7:15 pm Dinner, On our own

7:30 pm House opens to public in ballroom for 10-Minute Play Showcase
perhaps to include the top three monologues to begin the evening.
